2022 Annual General Meeting

Thank you to those members who attended the 2022 Annual General Meeting of the Positive Education Schools Association Ltd on 30 March 2022.

In accordance with the Company’s constitution, Mr Simon Murray, Member-elected Director, retired by rotation at the end of this AGM. The board thanks Mr Murray for his outstanding contribution to PESA over many years.
